All UK orders are fully UK hallmarked in compliance with UK lawsDelivery By Royal Mail
All parcels sent insured service and will require a signature on arrival
Paypal Customers
Please note I will only post to the EXACT address Paypal provides me when you place your order
I will not edit the address as non compliance with their T & C's can result in cancelation of seller protection
Paypals buyer protection is simple , after you claim they deduct the money from my bank account !!!!!!
Overseas orders
I have more than adequate UK orders and as such I do NOT NEED orders from overseasAnyone ordering from overseas must accept responsibility themselves if lost in post , Parcels are sent via Royal Mail using Tracked and Signed for insured postage. Tracking ref provided
Returns
All of my products are made to order and custom engraved , therefore D S R (distance selling rules) do not apply. UK orders , In the unlikely event you are dissatisfied with your purchase please telephone to arrange its return and a replacement to be made.
